Return & Refund



Peony Lingerie LLC hopes you're satisfied with your order. However, if you don't like the item or find any quality issues, you have 30 days from the date of receipt to return it for an exchange.

 

Our exchange policy is as follows: We'll resend the required item once we receive the original package and confirm it doesn't impact secondary sales. (Note: Items must be returned new, unused, and with all tags attached. Damaged, marked, or altered returns will be rejected and sent back to the customer.) With few exceptions, we'll arrange the exchange in the same payment method as your original order. Alternatively, you can exchange for a different model at the same price.

 

We strive to display product colors as accurately as possible. However, due to variations in computer monitors, tablets, and mobile devices, we cannot guarantee that the color displayed on your screen will be entirely accurate.

 

We offer an exchange policy to enhance your online shopping experience. We monitor the number of customer exchanges, and excessive, repeated exchanges may be flagged. At our discretion, this could result in account closure or refusal of future orders.

 

Regarding returns, we only accept returns if you receive incorrect products or products with malfunctioning features as described in the product details. You must provide detailed issues, including pictures and videos. The return policy does not apply if you have used the products; please keep the package in the same condition as received. You have up to 30 days from the order arrival date to initiate a return. Once approved, return the package to the provided address and send us the tracking number.

 

As for refunds, you can request a refund within 30 days of order arrival. The refund process will take up to 7 working days after we receive the original package and confirm it does not impact secondary sales, in compliance with our payment processor regulations. We can issue partial refunds as agreed. Refunds are applicable for the following reasons: the replacement for the returned item is unavailable in factory or our stock; your ordered product is unavailable or out of stock and you do not wish to choose another product; if your package is seized by customs, we can refund you or send a new package as agreed.
